Join us for a presentation that introduces foundational mental health literacy concepts for organizational leaders and HR professionals; common workplace stressors that contribute to psychological strain; and behavioral indicators that might signal an employee is struggling.  

- Differentiate between mental health, mental illness, and mental health crisis using a continuum-based framework relevant to workplace environments.

- Recognize common workplace stressors and behavioral indicators that may signal psychological distress or escalating concern.

- Explain the connection between psychological health and safety, psychological safety, and workplace violence prevention.
