Kelly Grizzle is a senior level experienced human resource professional that values relationship management. She has over 28 years of HR experience, mostly residing in manufacturing, logistics and warehouse production with national and global companies such as Mars-Wrigley, Caterpillar and now Performance Foodservice. She has served on local SHRM boards (Society of Human Resource Management) for the last decade. She is very active in her local community and chamber of commerce. She was recently honored with the Silver Shovel Award by the Chamber in recognition of her ongoing community service and her unwavering dedication to giving back to the community. She is a devoted co-pilot to business partners driving results and efficiencies through strategic planning, talent development and organizational design and loves growing her team and workforce throughout her organization.

Jana Simpson | Director of Human Resources | Performance Food Group

Jana Simpson is the Director of Human Resources at Performance Foodservice Atlanta, bringing over 27 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a specialized focus on talent acquisition, compensation strategy, and performance management. In her current role, she leads HR initiatives that support operational excellence and workforce development across one of the region’s largest foodservice distribution hubs.

Jana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Georgia and is a SHRM–Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). She is an active member of SHRM National and currently serves as the Certification Director for the Foothills of Georgia SHRM chapter, where she plays a key role in promoting HR professional development and credentialing within the region.

A committed HR leader and advocate for organizational growth, Jana is known for her practical leadership style, strong interpersonal skills, and dedication to fostering inclusive workplace culture. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and has a lifelong passion for animals.
