The presentation will provide an overview of the mandates that are required by the PWFA, including key considerations for employers, what employees are eligible for accommodations under the PWFA, and the EEOC recommendations for accommodating eligible employees under the PWFA.

- A review of key considerations under the PWFA that every employee must be aware of.

- What pregnancy related medical conditions qualify for consideration under the PWFA.

- An overview of what three (3) conditions that must be met in order for

employees to qualify for accommodations under the PWFA.

- A review of the distinctions between the ADA, Title VII and the PWFA.
