Course Objectives: 

1. Review and understand the tenets of the SHRM Code of Ethics.
2. Share their organizational Code of Ethics and Core Values with classmates.
3. Learn the mechanics of Conflict Management and policies in the workplace and how they are tied organizational Code of Ethics..
4. Engage in discussion with classmates on the role of Corporate Social Responsibility and Codes of Ethics.
5. Discuss how AI use is on the rise in the workplace and it's impact on Ethics,.

Please bring the following to the session:

1. A copy of your organization's Code of Ethics (if you have one) it's fine if they don't. 
   1. Also, if you have organizational Core Values, please bring a copy of those.
2. Review/bring copy SHRM's Code of Ethics before session: https://www.shrm.org/about-shrm/pages/code-of-ethics.aspx
3. Copies of any forms you use at work as it relates to Ethics violations (personnel docs)
4. Business cards to exchange. There will be networking opportunities during the fast-paced, interactive session.  I look forward to seeing you all soon.

    • • Please park in the Hall County Courthouse parking deck.
      • Walk through Kenyon Plaza and enter the Gainesville Administration Building North Entrance.
      • Take the stairwell down to the first floor or go to the middle of the hallway to catch the elevator down to the 1st floor.  
      • We ask that you not park in the parking lots around the building as it's for staff parking.
