• Provide participants with an opportunity to discuss current events related to ageism in the workplace. 
• Will highlight how biases can impact the hiring and promotion processes within organizations. 
• Explore the importance of avoiding ageism in the workplace by developing reciprocal mentorships. 
• • Through reciprocal mentorships, organizations can see the benefits of pairing different age groups within the workforce to marry technology and institutional knowledge and gain a competitive advantage.

    • • Please park in the Hall County Courthouse parking deck.
      • Walk through Kenyon Plaza and enter the Gainesville Administration Building North Entrance.
      • Take the stairwell down to the first floor or go to the middle of the hallway to catch the elevator down to the 1st floor.  
      • We ask that you not park in the parking lots around the building as it's for staff parking.
