  • How does an employer determine whether an accommodation is “reasonable”?
  • What does the “interactive process” require of employers and employees? How should that process be documented?
  • Is remote work a reasonable accommodation? Has the EEOC provided any guidance on remote work arrangements?
  • What does the term “undue hardship” really mean in the context of reasonable accommodations?
  • How has COVID impacted an employer’s ADA accommodation obligations?

      • City of Gainesville, Station Meeting Room: 300 Henry Ward Way, Gainesville, GA 30501
        • Please park in the Hall County Courthouse parking deck.
        • Walk through Kenyon Plaza and enter the Gainesville Administration Building North Entrance.
        • Take the stairwell down to the first floor or go to the middle of the hallway to catch the elevator down to the 1st floor.  
        • We ask that you not park in the parking lots around the building as it's for staff parking.
