STOP and HELP

How Occupational Health Psychology Can Aid Your Company

through This Crisis

As we reach the year mark for sustaining a “crisis” mode, it is time for safety and health professionals to STOP and find ways to HELP employees manage the stress and challenges the COVID-19 Pandemic has created. This presentation will explain how the principles and practices in occupational health psychology can help your business thrive. Occupational health psychology is the application of psychology to improving the quality of work life, and to protecting and promoting the safety, health and well-being of workers. The goal is to use science backed methods to make meaningful improvements in not only the business but in your employees’ lives.
